Dr Pathare is one of the greatest caring drs in the field very compassionate and professional one of the most honest straightforward drs i have ever met I got hurt at work i hurt my back bad i refused to do surgery before depleting all my options Dr Pathare agreed after over a year of barley being able to walk and going trough all treatments finally we did a RFA shot one on the left and one on the right side of my lower back and the procedure worked amazingly Dr.pathare works miracles i wouldn’t trust anyone else i recommend him 100%

Dr. Pathare is an excellent surgeon. I recently had back surgery after long standing pain since 2023. Instantly after he removed the bulging discs from my back I felt relief from the pain which also radiated down my leg. I cried!!! I looked Dr. Pathare in the face and told him “I love him”. I continue to see him through my healing process. He is thorough, knowledgeable and has an exceptional empathic bedside manner. Highly recommended! Ya dig!

Oh my God!! Dr Pathare is a one in a million doctor. He’s a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He will address any Heath issue and give you an option. I have been a patient of Dr. Pathare for the past few years. Him and his staff are very professional and courteous. I have always been treated with nothing but respect. If you’re looking for a great doctor your search is over. I would recommend him to everyone. Under Dr. Pathare’s care I was able to return back to work. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Pathare since 2004. I would not trust anyone else, if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be walking today. Even in a time where insurance company’s dictate patient load, Dr. Pathare devotes his time to each patient listening and explaining in detail all options for your treatment. He is always studying new procedures and would never advise anything for his patients unless he felt it would help.I am truly blessed to have him as my Doctor.

I have been a patient of his for quite sometime and I know from personal experience! He is always trying to stay aware of the latest technology anything that can give his patients a reduction in pain. When you have a caring Doctor, your staff must follow suit, and they do. They are always kind and willing to accommodate your needs. They don’t overbook! Like most Staten Island medical offices do. They realize your time is valuable. I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Pathare or his staff that is why they all get 5 Stars.

This It’s my second review as I’m not sure the first one was posted during the pandemic. Dr. pathare is the kindest most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to. He’s quick to call you back he does all procedures himself he explains everything thoroughly and spends a lot of time with you. When you go to his office you see the doctor himself not a physicians assistant. This pandemic has made me an anxious neurotic nervous mess Which im sure is making me a very challenging patient to deal with and yet the doctor always addresses all my issues with compassion and expertise so I always feel better knowing he cares about me as a person as well as a patient. His office has strict safety protocols which I very much appreciate. Dr Pathare is a rare find and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a competent caring physician who is also double board-certified. His office staff is also terrific I cannot say enough about Dr. Pathare or his staff

I have been a patient of Dr. Pathare for over 5 years now and have to say, everyone has been so caring,attentive and professional during each visit. From my first consultation, Dr. Pathare empathized with how my condition was affecting my daily activities & devised a treatment plan that would be most effective in pain relief. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable in how he conducts himself with patients. This dr is amazing he’s very knowledgeable and hands on. He does the procedures himself. He listens to the patient and answers all questions you may have In terms a regular person can understand. He’s very quick to call back if you need something. His goal is to make sure you feel better and will do anything in his power to make that happen… I have been threw a few and this is hands down the best! Thanks you for all you hard work!!

I have been seeing Dr. Pathare for pain management for about 10 years. Prior to my being a patient, my very elderly father was a patient. With the procedures he suggested, lumbar epidural blocks — my father’s pain was eased for months at a time – at which point he would return for another needle. And, the procedure was always painless, unlike other pain mgt physicians on Staten Island. For me, epidurals also worked for quite a while. But two years ago, Dr. Pathare, who treats patients conservatively —-recommended it was time for surgery. The pain I had at that point was different than prior pain, very different, ten times more ferocious. And it was a very different condition than my usual concerns. This was a slipped vertebrae. I could barely stand except for a few minutes at a time. It was Dr. Pathare who suggested the surgeon I should see; the world renowned neurosurgeon, Dr. Noel Perin. Within weeks I did see Dr. Perin, who gave me back my life. It is two years later, but I continue to see Dr. Pathare because he still provides measures that help ease other areas of my spine that are chronically painful. He is compassionate and he TALKS with the patient, not TO the patient, again, WITH the patient. And, so does his staff ! Courteous, friendly, accommodating in person and on the phone. If there were 10 stars, I would give him that rating.

I started seeing Dr Pathare after my first car accident. I seemed to be doing well and getting better with his treatmeant plan. Unfortunately, I was in a second car accident and my injuries became more severe. Dr. Pathare quickly adjusted the plan to match what was now going on, he never misses a beat, his bed side manner is amazing. Even the rest of staff (every single one of the girls in the front is professional and nice, they will do anything to help you and are truly caring, you do not find kind staff anywhere in Staten Island other than Dr. Pathares office). This is a doctor that truly cares about his patients and not just their pain but, their well being as a whole. He is a phenomenal doctor and I would highly recommend. Any negative reviews are probably some person who never even saw this doctor. Take it from a patient that has been seeing him for years, if you want a doctor that cares about you and wants to help you, he is your man.

All the women working there are Great and Helpful. The Doctor Pathare is Great he listens , takes you in fairly quickly and the Best part is …you see the Doctor not a P.A or N.P. I highly recommend Dr. Pathare and his Staff. I switched over to Dr. Pathare from another pain management office where I felt like a customer at a used car lot!!! They try to sell you everything and you never see the Doctor unless hes performs a procedure on you. I’m so glad I found Dr. Pathare and his staff.

This is for sure in my Top 3 Best Drs & Drs office that I’ve EVER been to! Dr Pathare and his staff GENUINELY CARE about you as a patient and are SO KIND and RESPECTFUL! Dr Pathare NEVER rushes the visit, taking the extra time most Drs do not, just to check on how you’re doing and how you’re feeling and to explain all treatment options yet, somehow, he still manages to keep a nice flow to the office (the front office ladies contribute much to this, no doubt!); I’ve NEVER had to wait longer than 10 minutes before being seen, it’s almost magical lol! I ALWAYS feel better walking out of the office than I did going in; there’s such a peaceful, serene ambiance to this office that most others lack and it’s very uplifting! I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Pathare, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better Dr, in this, or any, medical field! Dr.Pathare is Extremely Good At Understanding Patients Needs And Was Always Present After All Of My Procedures To Answer Any Questions Or Concerns I’ve Had. He Is The Best Doctor I Have Dealt With In My Life And I Am Very Grateful For Everything He Has Done For Me.

I Got into a bad car accident about a year ago. I was having a lot of issues and my chiropractor recommended me to Dr. Pathare . He listened to my issues and took his time to exam what my concerns were. I was having bad back pain and pain going down into my legs. We did a couple of different treatments and he performed a DiscFix on me which is when they cut out the areas that are herniated or bulging. Which then Relieve pain from the nerves that’s was causing issues in my legs. Dr. Pathare is a doctor that cares truly about your well being. I could say that I am now here pain free and he made sure of that by seeing the process through and making my health and healing his priority. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff and I would highly recommend him.

After seeing another pain specialist whom did not help with providing any relief from this excruciating pain that I live with on a daily basis I was referred to Dr.Pathare. On the very first consultation with Dr.Pathare he sat and listened to everything I had to say and came up with every solution to try to get me out of pain and avoid surgery. He truly cares about his patients and does all he can to get us out of pain and to stop our suffering. He tried procedures that the other physicians didn’t and finally I have some relief and my pain is much more tolerable. Dr.Pathare is a great physician and I recommend him to everyone. If you don’t want to live in pain and suffer anymore look no further. He is seriously the doctor to help you. He will listen to everything you have to say and he will not rush you through the appointment. I am so grateful to have him as my pain management physician. His brain and hands are truly blessed!! Oh and let me not forget to mention his staff, they are so kind and professional and just like Dr.Pathare they go out of their way to help you as much as they can. They are great people and make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I can’t believe how nice everyone is from both the Staten island and New Jersey offices, they are truly a pleasure to be around!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pathare’s for the last year after getting injured in a car accident. I began seeing him to get relief from pain from herniated discs in both my neck and lower back. I have been to quite a few doctors during this ordeal and not one has come close to providing the care Dr. Pathare has given me. His excellent bedside manner has allowed me to feel very comfortable discussing my symptoms and creating a plan with him to alleviate my neck and back pain. I even switched my insurance plan to make sure I am able to continue seeing him after my no-fault insurance has been exhausted!

His staff is just as wonderful! They are extremely accommodating, organized and empathetic. They are truly a pleasure to deal with which is so hard to find these days.

I’d also like to point that prior to coming to his office, I went to see a different physician in the same specialty that I was referred to by my attorney. I did not see the attending until the end of my appointment. That office had a dozen residents, PA’s, and nurses, seeing the patients to report back. When I make a doctor’s appointment, I want to see the doctor I am scheduled to see. At Advanced Spine Care, you see the doctor you made an appointment without having to see other healthcare professionals nor a need to repeat your history several times.

I highly recommend Dr. Pathare to anyone looking for an excellent Pain Management provider. I will be forever grateful for finding his office and for the relief he has given me.

Dr Pathare is an amazing doctor. His bedside manner is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. He takes time to ask about your history and considers how his treatments would impact any other medical conditions to give you the best possible treatment. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to get back on the path of feeling “normal” again. The staff in his office is also unlike many office staff on Staten Island. They are polite, thorough, attentive and always call back and follow up. I’ve recommended his office to others and they feel the same way. I would highly recommend anyone suffering in pain to make an appointment with Dr. Pathare.

I came to Dr. Pathare after being in very bad pain for about a year. In 2007 I saw him for the first time. His first impression was encouraging. He was able to diagnose my problems right away and explained my options thoroughly. Dr. Pathare’s bedside manner in the office and hospital is the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve seen many doctors for
 a variety of reasons and no other doctor has been as attentive. His
 demeanor has never waived. I came to him being barely able to get
 out of bed and now I function much better. I even have been able to take
 several trips outside the country! Dr. Pathare keeps abreast of new treatments, procedures and other expert doctors in different fields.
 My only concern is ever losing such a good doctor because he IS the best doctor I have encountered. Medical professionals and their staff need to attain the same level of care that Dr. Pathare and his staff give.

Dr. Pathare was simply fabulous. He has ideal bedside manner. He is sympathetic while being attentive and was very patient when he explained all my options to better assist my road to recovery.
